POCO-POCO vs SHUFFLE!!

sblm ni ada kecoh about tarian poco2 yg digunakan oleh rakyat malaysia kita sbg senaman badan ringan tp telah dipersoal oleh pihak mufti yg mengatakan tarian ni ada unsur2 agama iaitu cara pergerakannya yg dri kiri kanan dan depan belakang..get it what i mean rite??

it's not that yg poco2 ni tak boleh digunapakai tp klu ikut drpda pergerakan mcm tu boleh ke peluh keluar??!! so sejak ada nya lagu PARTY ROCK ANTHEM from LMFAO aku trus minat ngan lagu tu.mmg betul laa ngan VC dia yg suruh tutup telinga takut nnti trpedaya ngan lagu tu,mcm tu gak aku bila dgr je lagu tu trus kaki mcm nk menari gak.hahahaha...

especially the part yg menari group tu mmg best arrr. aku dh try skali buat mmg penat gak la and peluh byk keluar..and my sister Airin,pun kata yg movement dia boleh jdi cardio yg bagus gak. even she also klu dgr lagu tu pun mesti nk shuffle gak.

maybe agak ketinggalan kt aku sbb ank buah aku dlu dh berkecimpung ngan dunia shuffle lama dlu masa dia lps sekolah. bila tgk dia menari tergedik cmtu bru la aku tau thrill dia mcmana..mmg puas hati! lps tgk je VC tu trus aku cari tutorial shuffle dance move tu so dpt la video yg ajar step yg nmpak mcm mudah tp truk gak la kederat tu nk perah..

and i think this video could be example utk korang diluar sana utk try shuffle skali..mmg best aku ckp! this gonna be my exercise routine nmpak gayanya yg sememangnya aku ni suka menari especially yg byk move and syok abis.

How to Get the Look: 1950 Eye Makeup

One eye is made up to show what a difference eye cosmetics can make.

At the Paris couture shows for Spring 1950, models wore exaggerated eye makeup, even with daytime clothes.  Cosmetics manufacturers were quick to offer products for this previously untouched area of the average female face. Short hair had already hit the streets in the U.S. and women adopted the doe-eyed look as a seductive balance to their boyish haircuts.  In the photo above, the model is wearing eye makeup on one eye to show the difference cosmetics can make.

Here, from 1950, a step-by-step tutorial on how to get the doe-eyed look:

1.  Apply shadow on the lids from the center of the eye out concentrating color towards the temple.  A lighter shade of shadow can be blended up to the brow.
2.  Dark eye pencil is used to line the upper lid from the inside corner.  Fan the pencil out and up at the outer corner to look like an extension of the lashes.

3.  Use a dark brown (preferred over black) pencil to draw a narrow line under the lower lashes from inner corner out to meet the liner on top.
4.   Darken and shape the eyebrow with pencil.  Add mascara to balance the entire look.

The finished look topped off with a beauty mark for added allure.
