Gwynnie

Gwyneth is on the cover of May's SELF Magazine. Her body is no joke. She has been about town everywhere lately promoting My Father's Daughter, her new cookbook which I hear is quite good.
She had this to say about her workout regime:
"I never thought that I’d be considered to have a good body. I was bony up top and kind of dumpy on the bottom. But my trainer, Tracy Anderson, completely changed my legs, butt, arms and stomach. I feel better than ever, too."
